Acknowledgements
This is normally the bit that no one reads because it’s
so painfully boring. You know the type of thing; the
meaningless list of relatives than no-one has ever heard
of or cares about that you have to plough through. Well I
have a pleasant surprise for you. The fact is, I don’t wish
to thank any one at all and that’s mainly because I didn’t
really have anyone to help me during the seven gruelling
years that it took. I just hacked away at this when I could,
after the kids went to bed, on the train to work, anywhere
really. I even wrote the odd line on the toilet as it was often
the only place I could be left alone. You can’t bury passion
you know, never.......
